5 min walk down Bermondsey Street. A beautifully converted Victorian public toilet turned cocktail bar. Yes, really. The drinks are superb and the story alone is worth the visit.

Half Hitch gin class was brilliant — we still have our personalised bottles on the shelf. Great date souvenir.
José Tapas Bar is standing room only and tiny, get there before 6 or you'll be waiting ages. The ibérico ham is worth it though.
We went at 5:30 and walked straight in, by 6:15 there was a queue out the door.
