Ask for a table on the terrace facing the Opera House — the view at night with the building lit up is absolutely stunning. Also the Metropole's Le Club bar downstairs is worth a peek too
If Angelina is too crowded try Bamboo Bar at the Sofitel — same hotel, ground floor, equally glamorous but people forget about it
La Badiane's tasting menu was phenomenal. Every course told a story. The wine pairing is worth the extra — they source some incredible Vietnamese wines I didnt even know existed
