Bunkers del Carmel at sunset is hands down the best view in Barcelona. Bring a bottle of cava and a blanket 🥂

Get to Bunkers at least 45 mins before sunset to grab a good spot — it fills up fast. Also the walk up is steep, don't wear heels.

We took a taxi most of the way up then walked the last 5 mins, way easier.

🤫Secret Tips

  • Bring a bottle of cava and plastic cups — everyone does it at the bunkers.
  • Arrive 1 hour before sunset to get a good spot on the concrete platforms.
  • Wear trainers — the walk up is steep and uneven in places.
  • La Pepita doesn't take reservations — go at 8pm (early for Spain) to avoid the queue.
